Shipping & Returns
How this works
Everything at Sunshine Golf Co. is printed to order. Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting for you — your order gets made specifically for you after you place it. That's how a small brand can make weird, specific, good things instead of five hundred units of one safe idea. It also means the timeline is a little different from what you're used to, so here it is plainly.
Production time
Most items take 2–5 business days to print before they ship.
Stickers and decals are usually on the fast end of that. Apparel is usually on the slow end. Busy stretches — November and December, the run-up to Father's Day — can add a couple of days.
Shipping time
United States: typically 3–7 business days after production.
International: typically 10–20 business days after production, plus whatever customs decides to do.
Your total wait is production plus shipping. If it's a gift, plan for the long end of both. We'd rather over-warn you than have you refreshing tracking on December 23rd.
Tracking
You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves the print facility.
If you ordered more than one thing, it may ship in separate packages from separate facilities. That's normal, it's not a mistake, and you are not charged twice for it.
Returns and exchanges
Because every item is made specifically for you, we can't accept returns for buyer's remorse or for ordering the wrong size. Please check the size chart on the product page before you order — it's on every listing and it takes thirty seconds.
We will absolutely make it right if:
- The item arrived damaged or misprinted
- You received a different item or size than what you ordered
- Your order was lost in transit or badly delayed
Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem and we'll replace it or refund it. No hoops, no restocking fee, no arguing about it.
Lost packages
If tracking says delivered and it isn't there, check with your neighbors and your carrier first — that solves it most of the time. If it doesn't, email us and we'll help sort it out.
Wrong address
Double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package comes back to us as undeliverable, we can reship it, but the reshipping cost is on you.
Cancellations and changes
Reach us within 24 hours of ordering and we can usually still catch it. After that it's already in production, and once a shirt has your graphic on it there isn't much we can do with it.
